Amazing! Ibinabo Fiberesima granted N2million bail

Congratulations are in order! After a relentless battle by Ibinabo Fiberesima and her new Muiz Banire-led counsel, the Nollywood actress has finally been granted bail.

 

Ibinabo Fiberesima had previously been denied bail by a three-man panel presided over by Justice Ndukwe-Anyanwu at the Lagos court of appeal where she was sentenced to 5 years imprisonment for her involvement in the death of Dr. Giwa. But now, it appears she can enjoy the comfort of her home and bed until the final decision is reached.

The court reportedly granted her bail pending the outcome of the appeal she filed in the supreme court. Ibinabo was granted a 2 million naira bail plus other conditions attached, These conditions include: two sureties who can also afford 2 million residing withing the jurisdiction of the court. The sureties must also own properties within Lagos state.
